Taveesh, is the founder Director of
Black Diamond PE Advisors, a New Delhi based corporate
venture and financial advisory firm with significant focus
on assisting early stage, small and mid sized companies in
creating value.

Has over 20 years of experience in the
Indian financial sector. With over 12 years plus of “buy
side” experience.

At Maple, Taveesh, advises on small
cap - capital raise and M&A space.

Prior to establishing BlackDiamond,
Taveesh worked with SUN Group where he led investments in
the mining, power and IT sectors and was the shareholder
nominee on the Board of India’s leading mining exploration
company.

He worked with the International
Finance Corporation, Washington (the private sector arm of
the World Bank group) in New Delhi. and was involved with
some of the largest transactions of IFC. Sector strengths
include, TMT, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and IT
services.

He started his career with CRISIL
(India's leading credit rating agency and now part of
Standard & Poor) where he developed CRISIL's analytical
framework and business flow for project finance / cash
flow based ratings and municipal bond ratings. He also
created and commercially launched innovative rating
products.
